What is Tangible™ Hydra-Peg surface treatment?

Tangible™ Hydra-Peg is a further step in improving initial, all day and end of day comfort. Tangible™ Hydra-PEG is a breakthrough technology in polymer science that encapsulates the lens in an ultra thin layer of a Poly Ethylene Glycol (PEG) polymer.

It creates an extremely wettable contact lens surface with increased surface water retention due to the 90% water content of the PEG polymer. It is designed to solve problems of lens comfort whereby lubricity is increased and coefficient of friction is decreased).
